On Saturday, the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Region denied allegations raised by Iraqi media in recent days about smuggling oil from the region via tankers and selling it to Israel.[/size]
[size=45]The ministry said in a statement today that it strongly rejects these misleading rumors, which it considers an attempt by enemies of stability and agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.[/size]
[size=45]The statement added that all these statements and rumors are baseless and have no truth, at a time when the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Iraqi federal government are busy resolving outstanding problems.[/size]
[size=45]And the Ministry of Natural Resources considered in its statement that these rumors only aim to blow up and miss the golden opportunity that was made available after the formation of the new Iraqi government to solve the outstanding problems.[/size]
[size=45]The statement stressed that the region's oil is fully exported through the pipeline and under the supervision of the neutral international company (Deloitte), stressing that the Ministry of Wealth always respects the Iraqi constitution and federal laws.[/size]
[size=45]This is not the first time that such accusations have been raised by Iraqi media and political parties opposed to the authorities in the Kurdistan Region, but the latter every time refutes these allegations and accusations through speakers and official statements.[/size]
