BAGHDAD / Nina /--The Federal German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the formation of a government of national unity is an important step on the road to stability and peace for all Iraqi people components. Merkel expressed in a letter to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, according to a Foreign Ministry statement today, "wishes for the new Iraqi government of progress and success in warding off terrorist threat once and for all the Iraqi people. /End
