Earth News / The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Mohibis Al-Saadawi, praised today, Saturday, during a field tour of the five berths project, one of the projects of the great port of Faw, the progress of work, indicating that the executing company has completed the laying of the foundations for two berths, while the coming months will witness the laying of the foundations for the other berths within the project.
The Minister of Transport said in a statement received by Earth News, "I actually found excellent progress in the work on the five berths project, as the first and second berths have completed the piling for them, and the concrete pieces are in the process of being laid and installed."
He continued, "During the coming months, the pillars will be laid for other sidewalks."
The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhibis Al-Saadawi, had arrived in Basra this morning, where he, accompanied by the Director General of the General Company for Iraqi Ports, and the Director of the Maritime Transport Company, conducted a field tour of the projects of the great port of Faw.
