    On Sunday, the head of the extension movement, Alaa al-Rikabi, renewed his accusation against the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, of silencing mouths, indicating that the parliament’s presidency practices dictatorship to silence any dissenting voices.
    Al-Rikabi said, in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, that "the Presidency of Parliament, headed by Muhammad, is still practicing silencing mouths."
    He added, "The internal system of the House of Representatives is a right guaranteed by the constitution, and its refusal to silence mouths and practice methods by preventing representatives from their right to intervene."
    He pointed out that "often we do not grant the interventions in the correct manner, not even in sequence, but sometimes we are not given a role in the conversation."
    Noting that "methods of silencing mouths have nothing to do with democracy and are unacceptable."
    The spokesman for the Azm Parliamentary Bloc, MP Muhammad Abd Rabbo, had described in a previous interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, the performance of the House of Representatives in its current session as poor and not serious in presenting service files, indicating that the current parliamentary session is considered the most critical in the history of Iraq, but it is useless.
