    [size=45]Today, Wednesday, the financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, warned of the delay in approving the budget, because it obscures part of the important expenditures in the Iraqi economy, and affects opportunities for progress and growth, stressing the need to expedite its legislation.[/size]
    [size=45]Salih said, in a press statement, "The federal public budget is an important issue in Iraq's economic life, as government expenditures, whether currently underway within the Financial Management Law or to be added in the Budget Law, constitute about 50 percent of the Iraqi total, and its effects reach about 85 percent." percent of economic activity.[/size]
