    The Disciplinary Committee of the Iraqi Football Association held a meeting to discuss and issue many decisions related to some matches, as follows: 
    * After the Disciplinary Committee reviewed all the priorities for the Al-Hadbaa and Mosul club match that took place at the Tigris Stadium on 4/6/2023 as part of the first-class qualifying round competitions for the 2022-2023 season, it was noticed that there was verbal abuse by (Munir Ismail), the supervisor of the Mosul Club team. He was disrespectful and far from the sportsmanship towards the bench of Al-Hadba Club substitutes, and as a result he was expelled by the arena referee, which raised the audience against the match supervisor.. Therefore, and for all of the foregoing, the committee decided the following: - Punishment (Munir Ismail), the supervisor of the Mosul team, by depriving him of his escort
    . The team and entering the stadiums for five matches according to the provisions of Articles 51/1 and 52/3, and the disciplinary penalty is implemented after the completion of the technical penalty in succession.
    * The committee discussed the report of the Al-Murour and Al-Sharqiya clubs match that took place in Al-Sayyidiyah Hall on 13/4/2023 within the Futsal League for the 2022/2023 season. Previously punished Al Muroor Club (Hussein Aladdin Salim), as he descended from the stands to the center of the field.. On it and for all of the foregoing, the Committee decided the following: 
    1- Punishment of the Al Sharqiya club player (Hussein Abdel Abbas) by depriving him of playing (5) matches and a fine of $ 500 Five hundred thousand dinars, according to the provisions of Article 47 / second / 1 of the competition system for the Iraqi Futsal League for the 2022-2023 season.
    2- Punishing the coach of Al Muroor Club (Hussein Aladdin Salim) by depriving him of accompanying the team until the end of the season and a fine of 500,000 dinars, based on the provisions of Article 3/53 of the competition system for the Iraqi Futsal League for the season 2022-2023.
    * The committee also discussed the objection of Qalaa Saleh Sports Club, and according to their letter No. 32 of 4/16/2023 against the Nile Club in their match that took place on 4/15/2023 within the Iraqi Premier League for beach soccer, as the objection included the presence of players registered in the lists of other clubs. For beach soccer, and after examining all the priorities, the committee found violations involving players who are not entitled to participate with the Nile Club because they are registered in the lists of other clubs, and they are: -
    Rasool Abbas Jassem (plays for the Babylon Club for beach soccer).
    - Hadi Mohamed Radhi (plays for Imam Al-Muttaqien Beach Soccer Club).
    The Nile Club also included the player (Rasul Hazem) with the number (5) and he was not registered in the club’s lists .. Accordingly, the committee decided the following: 
    1- Considering the Nile Club a loser (0-5) in its match against Qalaa Saleh Club, according to the provisions of Article 42/b 6/ of the competition system for halls.
    2- Punishing the players (Rasul Abbas, Hadi Muhammad Radhi and Rasul Hazem) by depriving them of playing for a period of six months according to the provisions of Article 3/46.
