The Minister of Oil announces the success of the fuel and service plan for the Arbaeen visit

The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil announced the success of the fuel and service plan adopted by the Ministry of Oil to support and assign the governmental and private sectors to contribute to providing services to the Arbaeen pilgrims in Karbala Governorate and the paths of the visitors' roads in the Iraqi governorates.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul-Ghani, said
that the Ministry of Oil and its oil formations have achieved outstanding success in providing and meeting the needs of visitor services convoys of oil products, water, food, and transporting visitors in the Iraqi governorates, all the way to the holy governorate of Karbala, appreciating and praising the efforts The workers of the oil companies who continued day and night since the middle of last August until today to achieve a high flow in the process of preparation and service support for the one-million visit.
Abdul-Ghani indicated that the vehicles were equipped with a quantity of (540) million liters of gasoline and more than (410) million liters of gas oil, service processions and ovens with a quantity of (60) million liters of white oil and a quantity of (1306854) million gas cylinders. For his part, he
said The General Manager of the Oil Products Distribution Company, Mr. Hussein Talib, said that the fuel and service plan relied on supporting visitors from the border crossings to the holy city of Karbala.
Stressing that the company has established more than one mobile station on the new road linking Baghdad and Karbala, in addition to supporting the visitor processions with more than (80) thousand ice molds and (22) thousand water cartons, while the number of participating vehicles reached (3300) vehicles for transporting liquid gas. Petroleum products and transport visitors.
Ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said
The staffing of the oil companies in the southern, central and northern governorates transports visitors to and from the border crossings of Iraq and to the visitor gathering areas, in addition to providing water, food and other services.
Jihad referred to the ministry's formation of an operations room in Karbala governorate to supervise and coordinate the implementation of the fuel and service plan for the Arbaeen visit, with the follow-up and supervision of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Minister of Oil, and the Undersecretaries of the Ministry. Noting that the service effort will continue to provide support until
the end of the visit ceremonies.
