Fadam said in an interview with the Belmuktaz program broadcast by Al-Sumaria satellite channel, “The Federal Court’s decision to cancel the membership of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, from Parliament is a normal procedure if we respect the law, and the decision is not surprising, and the case has been in court for nearly a year, and former Representative Laith al-Dulaimi confirmed it several times.” The case is continuing,” he explained, explaining that the Federal Court is not bound by political or other timings.

He added, "The court's decision is natural and must be respected. Many large political entities objected to the election results, but the Federal Court decided the matter and ratified the election results, including approving the inauguration of Al-Halbousi. Many decisions were issued, including excluding Zebari from the presidency of the republic, and the coordination framework issued a decision against him, and it was Al-Amiri represents the framework before the court that ruled on the legitimacy of the elections, and the framework accepted the decision.”

Fadam pointed out that "the court's decision was based on a forged document as an official document, and even if it accepted the resignation, it punished the forgery."

He pointed out that “Al-Halbousi can practice his political work, but he cannot practice his work as a governor or deputy because he is accused of forgery and this is a crime against honor, despite the fact that the case papers have not been transferred to felonies,” indicating that “there are other major lawsuits filed against Al-Halbousi and he was delaying them.” Immunity, as he is one of the three presidencies, and these files will be opened in the coming time, and there are corruption charges in which integrity is investigated, and because of this, his political work has become impossible.”

Fadaam explained: “I expect that none of the ministers or representatives will resign against the backdrop of the cancellation of Al-Halbousi’s membership. The evidence is that the Hasm statement affirmed respect for federal decisions and called for an emergency meeting, and I expect that their candidate will be presented for the presidency of Parliament to succeed Al-Halbousi.”

He stated, "There are parties that will try to exploit the situation in order to postpone the elections, and perhaps these parties are trying to confuse the political situation to postpone the elections. I expect that the Sunni blocs will meet with partners to choose an alternative."

Fadam affirmed that “there will be no resignations from the representatives of Taqadum, and we had experience with the representatives of the Tishrinists who announced their resignation on social networking sites, but in reality no one submitted their resignation, and this is what will happen to the representatives of Taqadum, and tomorrow we will see how many resignations will be submitted to Parliament and the government, and whoever resigns will appoint a replacement for him, and the state will not stop because of These resignations and the state do not depend on individuals, and exaggerating matters will not benefit anyone.”

He added: “There are several personalities who have the capabilities and are accepted by other parties to be an alternative to Al-Halbousi, including the MPZiad Al-JanabiEven if he was the ministerMuhammad TamimHe is still a deputy who would have been the main candidate as an alternative to Al-Halbousi, in addition to Thabet Al-Abbasi, the Minister of Defense,” indicating that “there are international parties that will support Al-Halbousi’s departure.”
