Member of the House of Representatives, Mustafa Sanad, said today, Saturday, that the “Food Security” law is better than the budget approved by the current government, and while he pointed out that the projects launched by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani are “superficial and flawed,” he considered that the central and southern governorates were “plundered.” "And afflicted," he pointed out in another context that the recent agreement regarding Kurdistan's salaries is "a token of Sudanese's visit to Washington."

Sanad said in an interview with Al-Mukhtazil program broadcast on Al-Sumaria satellite channel, “The food security law that the movement and the framework worked on is better than the current budget.”

He added, "The Sadrist movement does not have any clear political position against the government. It has not expressed a position regarding the dollar, the issue of foreign presence, the Prime Minister's visit to America, and other local and international issues."

Sanad revealed, “A group of representatives from Sunnis, Kurds, and Yazidis demanded that the Popular Mobilization Forces take control of the security of the Green Zone, especially after the missile attacks that we were subjected to in the previous period,” adding: “Many speak against the Mobilization Forces, but in a moment of fear, everyone knows that the Mobilization Forces are Iraq's safety valve.

He pointed out, "Proceeding with the legislation of the placement of fighters of the Popular Mobilization Forces, this means that the Mobilization Forces is moving toward organizing its situation and not toward chaos."

He considered, "The current government is devoid of balances and has one political color, as if it were revenge for a previous political situation."

Sanad continued, “The government is spending 200 trillion dinars so quickly that the world will talk about the experience being correct and we do not want to go back, but in reality this has a tax that we will pay later,” adding to his statement: “The total budget is 228 trillion with a deficit of 80 trillion, and we are spending 200 trillion dinars.” On projects in Baghdad alone,” he said, adding that “the problem is not spending, but revenues. Where will the revenues come from?”

He stated, "These expenditures created a large deficit in the ministries, service institutions, and governorates," pointing out that "the current projects are superficial and flawed, and the personality of a prime minister cannot be reduced to bridges."

He continued, "The Prime Minister's responsibility is not only for bridge work, but he is also responsible for vital and important sectors such as health, security, defense, and schools, and all of these are dilapidated... What have we advanced other than building bridges?"

He continued his speech by saying: “The state is currently in control of the Sudanese, and he has committed many violations,” explaining that “the Sudanese pays money to Kurdistan because he believes that they will serve him and benefit him and create a lobby for him and a reception with Joe Biden (President of the United States),” noting that “the Kurdish lobby swallowed up the Sudanese.” .

Sanad touched on the situation in the central and southern Euphrates governorates, and stressed that they were "plundered and afflicted."

He believed that “indicators of the entry of the G-Class and Lamborghinis indicate an abnormal accumulation of revolutions,” revealing that the Lamborghini that entered Baghdad recently “belongs to an old man and his name begins with the letter Ayn.”

In the context of announcing the Baghdad and Kurdistan agreement regarding the region’s salaries, he saw this as “a token of Sudanese’s visit to Washington.”

He revealed the decision to “disburse 920 billion dinars per month without the condition of paying oil and non-oil revenues and without the condition of localization, in violation of the Federal Court’s decision to localize the salaries of Kurdistan employees,” indicating that “this was done on a phone from the Prime Minister, and for this reason, Masrour Barzani expressed his thanks.”

He added, "The Federal Court has begun to reject lawsuits filed against Kurdistan and the salaries of its employees, and I have two lawsuits that were rejected in a strange way and for a reason they said was due to 'I do not have the legal capacity to file a complaint,' and it is possible that all lawsuits in this regard will be rejected."

He went on to say: “Al-Shrouki (meaning the Prime Minister) did not give anything to Al-Shrouki, and if he had given the south half of what he gave to others, we would have supported his steps.”

He saw that "the state is going through a state of weakness in its governorates, and demonstrations will occur in our governorates as a result of government negligence," and Sanad called on the Sudanese to "stay away from selfishness and not look at himself as number one."

He stressed, "The projects in the south stopped after the Sudanese came, and the governors confirmed that they did not receive any money from the operational budget, while in the food security law, 8 out of 25 trillion dinars were allocated to the governorates, and the projects operated there because of this law."

Sanad also went on to confirm that he did not regret standing against the tripartite alliance, and said, "If time were to go back a thousand times, I would stand against this alliance."

Regarding the case of Ahmed Shayea, he stated that “he was comfortable in his prison and published posts on WhatsApp and Instagram, and the term of his sentence was nearing the end because it was only 3 years. What happened to him and prompted him to escape was the filing of a new lawsuit against him in Baghdad regarding his and his family’s involvement in kerosene smuggling.” And drugs."

He noted that "Shaya's house is asking the accused of stealing the century, Nour Zuhair, for $30 million, and they have been in dispute with him for two years," explaining that "Nour Zuhair visited Shaia in prison and pledged to him to get him out of prison, but he failed."

He continued, "Shayea contacted one of the armed factions not participating in the government, and they were the ones who took him out and smuggled him out," adding, "Until weeks ago, Ahmed Shayea was in Al-Faw and he was prohibited from entering Dubai."

Representative Sanad did not agree with the talk of holding early elections, and said in this regard, “This paragraph was deleted from the government program, and talking about it is for pressure only,” considering that “forming a new bloc headed by Al-Sudani will not succeed because it will be based on interests.” He added: “The Sudanese government considered them clear ‘kalawat’!”

Regarding the salary scale, he stated that “the laws that carry a financial aspect are sent from the government to Parliament and then voted on, so we are waiting for them from the government.”

He stressed, "Iraq is suffering from financial liquidity, but we have not reached the stage of disaster. The reason for this is the slow money cycle and the exaggerated spending of budget funds."
