    Even now, going relations between the three presidents of the Republic of Iraqis, and the government, and the parliament, on the right path, and the atmosphere of conflict and tension that prevailed in these relations over the past years, emptied the place more friendly to the behavior, and a willingness to cooperation and integration. 




    But cooperation is not just a media image, but must be the context of the work, and was able to turn the key authorities from leaving the country, from the danger that today live in mechanisms. 

    It was clear that the spirit of cooperation between the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, was positive, and contributed to the complete line-up, after the selection of the ministers of defense and interior, and did not try any party to blame the other, the delay in the selection of ministers, which was allowed to pass and ministers to ministries vacant continued throughout the second mandate of the Maliki government.

    Does not have access to this kind of understanding about the mechanisms impossible today, everyone is aware of the value of cooperation, as aware of the disastrous results caused by the atmosphere of conflict and rivalry partisan and personal.
