Today, Thursday (June 13, 2024), the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced the launch of the Eid al-Adha holiday for retired insured workers.
The ministry said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", "The Department of Retirement and Social Security for Workers in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs decided to disburse a gift on the occasion of Eid al-Adha to retired insured workers."
The Director General of the Department, Kholoud Hiran, stated, according to the statement, that “the Department has completed all procedures related to the launch of the Eid Al-Adha holiday for its insured retired workers,” calling on all retirees to “review the outlets to receive the Eid money.”
