[size=45]The Sovereign Guarantees Committee confirmed that the plate glass factory in Najaf will employ 500 Iraqi workers in various classifications, in addition to indirect workers.[/size]
[size=45]The committee’s rapporteur, Haider Qassem, said, “The plate glass factory in Najaf Al-Ashraf, for which the foundation stone was laid last May 23 by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, is the first project to receive financing from foreign banks, and the authorization letter was signed by two German banks who came to sign in Baghdad, and their presence to sign in Baghdad was one of our conditions.”[/size]
[size=45]Qasim added, “This project will employ 500 Iraqi workers of various classifications working inside the factory, in addition to indirect labor related to marketing, transportation, and other details. Strategic projects attract local labor and build the capabilities of local workers.”[/size]
