    During the past month of June, which witnessed a rise in temperatures and heat waves that lasted for days, Iraqis consumed more than 33 million liters of gasoline per day, in addition to more than 31 million liters of kerosene per day, while questions are raised about the reason for the equal rate of gasoline and kerosene consumption, despite the fact that kerosene wheels in Iraq are much less than gasoline wheels.

    He explained that the quantity of white oil sales is approximately 45 million liters, while the quantities of fuel oil in its regular, heavy and improved types reached 1.335 billion liters, while the quantities of aviation fuel in its civilian and military types reached 15 million liters.

    As for the other likely and questionable justification, it is the existence of large smuggling in the kerosene product, which makes the consumption volume equal to gasoline consumption, although the wheels operating on kerosene are much less than gasoline wheels.
