Shafaq News/ The US Central Command reported on Wednesday that ISIS is trying to "reconstitute itself" while the number of its attacks in Syria and Iraq is on track to double compared to last year.
The Central Command said in a statement that ISIS claimed responsibility for 153 attacks in both countries during the first six months of 2024.
The extremist group was behind 121 attacks in Syria and Iraq in 2023, according to a US defense official who spoke on the matter.
