Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received today, Thursday, the head of the Sovereignty Alliance, Mr. Khamis Farhan Al-Khanjar, and a number of members of the House of Representatives and provincial councils from the bloc.[/size]
[size=45]During the meeting, the general situation in the country was discussed, as well as the importance of supporting the government’s work as it proceeds to implement the priorities of its government program, and supporting its ongoing measures to implement economic reform, which helps in implementing its development plans, upgrading the economy, services and infrastructure projects, and enhancing the country’s security and stability.[/size]
[size=45]The meeting witnessed an emphasis on coordination and cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, at the level of the House of Representatives, and the level of local governments and provincial councils, with the aim of supporting the government with laws and legislation that enhance executive work in everything that achieves the interests of the country and serves citizens in all parts of Iraq.[/size]
