The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by Sumarya News, that "the convict, in cooperation with other defendants, disbursed sums of money to two people in violation of the controls and instructions, which caused harm and waste of the Agricultural Bank's funds."
The center added, "The two rulings were issued against the convict in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code."[/size]
