[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Ministry of Finance announced the completion of amending the Staff Law to create new jobs.
The Ministry of Finance stated in a statement: "The Legal Department / Public Service Division has completed the twenty-first amendment related to Staff Law No. 19 of 2024, which includes the creation of new jobs to lift the settlement of a wide segment of employees for the purpose of launching the promotion of those entitled to those who have been settled for years."
It explained that "the controls that will be issued by the ministry come to facilitate the implementation of the law, and enable promotion committees in ministries, governorates and entities not affiliated with a ministry to promote promotion and promotion transactions for their employees without obstacles."
It is noteworthy that Law No. 19 of 2024 was published in the Iraqi Gazette No. 4790 issued on August 26, 2024, including the twenty-first amendment to Staff Law No. 25 of 1960. / End[/rtl]
