Basra Council votes on all projects within the 2024 plan

[rtl]Basra / NINA / Basra Provincial Council Chairman Khalaf Al-Badran announced the voting on the 2024 Projects Plan in full.
Al-Badran said during a press conference that "the council held its sixth extraordinary session today, Thursday, to complete the ratification and voting on the 2024 Projects Plan."
He added, "All projects that were postponed from the previous session were studied by the council members and were all ratified during today's session."
He explained, "We announce that the 2024 Projects Plan has been voted on and ratified in full, and this step is an achievement that is credited to all members of the provincial council, especially the committee formed by the council and tasked with studying the projects plan." / End[/rtl]
