    Shafaq News/ The American magazine "CEOWorld" reported that Iraq was ranked 32nd globally and ninth in the Arab world in terms of unemployment rates, according to a table that included 212 countries around the world.
    The table published by the magazine, which Shafaq News Agency reviewed, showed that "the unemployment rate in Iraq reached 14.2%, which made it rank 32nd globally," and it also indicated that "Iraq came in ninth place among Arab countries."
    The magazine explained that "Sudan topped the list globally and in the Arab world with the highest unemployment rate of 49.52%, followed by Djibouti in second place with 27.93%, then Palestine in third place with 24%." 
    In the subsequent Arab ranks, Jordan came in fourth with 22.8%, Somalia fifth with 19.9%, Libya sixth with 19.6%, Tunisia seventh with 16.1%, and Lebanon eighth with 14.5%. Iraq came in ninth, while Yemen came in tenth with 13.6%.
    Globally, the data showed that Sudan recorded the highest unemployment rate at 49.54%, followed by Pakistan at 48.52%, and South Africa in third place at 33.5%. On the other hand, Qatar recorded the lowest unemployment rate globally at 0.3%, followed by the Faroe Islands at 0.5%.
