The Minister of Justice recommends amending the Minors Welfare Law and investing their money

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Minister of Justice Farooq Amin Al-Shawani recommended the first session of the Minors Welfare Board for 2020 to amend the Minors Welfare Law and discuss its paragraphs during the next session, with the aim of achieving the highest level of interest on the funds of this segment.
"The Minister of Justice chaired the session, which was held with the membership of both the Public Prosecution, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning, and the Real Estate Registration Department in addition to the Director General of the Minors Welfare Department, and during the session Discussing a number of issues pertaining to minors, investing and developing their money, in a manner that is entitled to the highest return for minors and preserving their rights, including investing plots of land registered in the name of the Minors Fund.
He explained, "The General Director of the Six Minors Welfare Department, Hind Abdel-Jumaij, reviewed a number of minors' statements that show the increase in minors' funds as a result of their investment according to the fields according to the investment magazines approved in the Minors' Law."
