    [ltr]Raised the presidency of the House of Representatives, on Saturday, to the parliamentary session next Tuesday, with the meeting witnessed hosting and Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi and read one bill.
    A parliamentary  source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives to raise its fifth first legislative term of the second legislative year, held under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 175 deputies, to next Tuesday."
    The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The Council completed the first reading of the draft general body to monitor the allocation of federal revenue law," adding that "the meeting witnessed a host and Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi."  The source explained that "The Council allocated on Sunday and Monday for the work of parliamentary committees."  The House of Representatives and lifting his last session on the fifth of July of this after three sessions held after the end of the legislative recess, which lasted one month.  Parliament is not prescribed, over the past four sessions, only the laws are not important consideration observers. 
    In the context of the meeting, the Foreign Relations Committee announced in the House of Representatives, said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, will visit Iraq and will discuss during his planned visit to Baghdad in the coming days, three major files, while confirming that one of those files concerning the extent of Iraq take advantage of Iran's nuclear agreement with the West. 
    He said the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives member Abbas al-Bayati told a press conference at the parliament building and attended (range Press), said that "Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif's visit to Baghdad in the coming days come in the framework of his tour to visit a number of Arab countries, a Qatar, Kuwait and Iraq." .
    [rtl]وأ[/rtl] He said al-Bayati, that "Zarif will discuss three files during the visit, the first of backgrounds clarify the nuclear deal, noting that" Iraq will benefit the most from the state this Agreement outstanding relations with the United States on the one hand and with Iran on the other. " 
    He said al-Bayati, that "the second file in the visit is to strengthen relations in fighting al Daash to promote security and stability in the region," pointing out that "the last file is to search in all areas between Iraq and Iran, and to strengthen bilateral relations between the two parties." 
    It is noteworthy that Iraq and Iran have signed, in the (16-2-2015), several memoranda of understanding and agreements in various fields, notably the industrial, agricultural and commercial aspects, while the agreements were signed within the enlarged meeting of the Iraqi - Iranian Joint Committee. 
    On the other hand, MP for the province of Nineveh, Ahmed al-Jubouri, said the air strikes have killed and wounded a number of civilians in Mosul, mostly women and children, as called for security leaders to "audit targets well before the strikes." 
    Jubouri said in a press conference held in the parliament building and attended by the (long-Presse) that "there are many mistakes get through to strike the targets assumed for terrorists where innocent civilians fall," noting that "warplanes recently struck a target in the ship area in Mosul, killing seven civilians and wounding three others, mostly women and children. "
    He said al-Jubouri, "We support our troops and Daash operations against terrorists, but at the same time we want from those operations that do not target innocent civilians," calling for security leaders to "audit objectives fully before executing air strikes them."
    The Iraqi Airways flight and the international coalition led by Washington are implementing air strikes on sites believed to be an al Daash in Mosul and Anbar after regulation on the control of the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, in June of 2014.
