, Monday, the House of Representatives began discussing the exchange rate and its repercussions on the market, in the presence of Finance Minister Ali Abdul-Amir Allawi.
And the media department stated, in a statement it received, that "Parliament has begun to discuss the exchange rate and its repercussions on the market through high prices and harm to the poor segment."
He added, "The discussion took place in the presence of Minister of Finance Ali Abdul-Amir Allawi, and it will also include a discussion of the public debt and the financial policy of the Ministry of Finance and what are the treatments for that."
