    Twilight News / MP for the coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, on Thursday, the determination of the coalition re-appeal to challenge the law of the mandate of the three presidencies in Federal Court after the publication in the Official Gazette.



    Said Abdul Salam al-Maliki, in a statement received for "Twilight News", that "the State of Law coalition is determined to proceed in the way of challenge the law of the mandate of the three presidencies," stressing "the determination of state law on re-filed appeal the law after its publication in the Official Gazette."



    He added that the "response of the Federal Court of appeal submitted by the Coalition was not caused convinced the court the constitutionality of the law of the mandate of the three presidencies, but the fact that the law was not effective because it was not published in the Official Gazette, and thus the response to appeal was a formality and not objective."



    He also said the "coalition would challenge the law from both sides, the first that it is unconstitutional because the Constitution did not provide in any of paragraphs on the mandate of prime ministers and parliament, but left absolutely with select mandate of President two sessions, and the second that meant clearly of enactment of this Act is miscarriage political Prime Minister to some parties' fear of his popularity, which rose significantly.
