    The head of the will of the MP Hanan al, all of Representatives called on to not to vote on the draft law of the Japanese loan, noting that the law includes the grant of the Kurdistan region the amount of 34 billion Japanese yen and Iraq will be paid off over 40 years to come.

    "The loan will be repaid over 40 years to come, Iraq will Basra oil mortgage loan to pay for the province and all provinces," asserting that "if the secession of the province from the center will pay what Iraq owed Kurdistan."

    Fatlawi and called on "all MPs not to vote on the law."

    Iraq and many countries in the world is witnessing an economic crisis, as a result of falling oil prices, the global stock market, below $ 48 a barrel, after it was $ 110.
