Cabinet approves the amendment to the law of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and transmits it to Parliament

The Cabinet approved on Tuesday, the second amendment to the Law of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and forwarded to the House of Representatives.
A source told the Council of Ministers / information / "The Council of Ministers approved in its meeting held today, the second amendment bill to the law of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce No. 43 of 1989, the auditor of the State Council."
The source added, "The Council decided to refer the law to the Council of Representatives."
It is noteworthy that the law which establishes the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, which will consist of a total Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and be based in Baghdad, according to the law is considered a professional and economic organization enjoys moral personality and financial and administrative independence and is represented by the President of the Union or his nominee.
The Union aims, according to the law, to the care of the organization and the development of business activity in the scope of its powers and strengthen the role of this activity in the development process, and coordinate the work of chambers of commerce in Iraq, and supervise the registration of trade names and registration in the commercial register and the maintenance of central records and other Almham.anthy operations / 25 R.
