{Baghdad: Euphrates News} said economic expert on behalf of Jamil Antoine, on Wednesday, on the non-eligibility of the Iraqi Central Bank lending to state what the bank did not change the law with the consent of the House of Representatives.

He said Antoine told {Euphrates News} Today, that "the state can not borrow from the Central Bank of Iraq; because the central bank law does not allow the government to lend definitely, unless the law was changed by the House of Representatives."

He noted that "the Iraqi Central Bank can lend agricultural development banks, investment and industrial like the World Bank," explaining that "the state is borrowing internally or externally to ensure the Central Bank of Iraq."
