    For his part, called on the Kurdistan Alliance MP Majid Chenkali, to put electoral law in line with the nature of the smaller parties and independents who are able service to the country, calling for the abolition of the quota system as a whole. Chenkali said in a statement (Il Giornale), Sunday (February 7, 2016), "The current election law in line with the major parties, is incompatible with the smaller rival that can not, and on jurisprudence, to reach the center of the Iraqi decision." He added, "The quota system in Iraq that destroyed all levels, therefore, cancel by creating parties and blocks Control and Other oppose, is the only solution to lift the country from the current reality." 
    But Chenkali said, he was "not against the big parties, which owns a big role in the political process, but against the quota system, which must be removed in line with the electoral law and the existence and the existence of small parties and personalities. " It is said that the Iraqi election law in line with the approved Iraq's parliamentary system, where it is through election of a president and a prime minister and ministers across the parliament itself, and this makes it imperative for everyone to resort to consensus and quotas between the political blocs in the House of Representatives and within the same political blocs .
