[ltr]Iraq and Russia signed on Thursday a memorandum of understanding in the oil and industry, trade and investment fields.[/ltr]
[ltr]A reporter / balances News /, quoting the Office of Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, said "after a hiatus since 2008 Russian re-Iraqi Committee held its meetings for the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Iraq and Russia in the oil and industry, trade and investment areas."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added, "The meeting chaired by Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Iraqi Foreign Ministry indicated that its minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari will be held on Thursday at the headquarters of the ministry held a press conference with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, in order to sign an agreement between Iraq and Russia .anthy 29 / P / 40/4 e[/ltr]
