    President of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi demanded Sunday the Iraqi government to send a high-level delegation to Turkey to discuss the issue of Turkish military presence in Iraq, as called for resorting to the Security Council to resolve this forms if there has been no consensus with Turkey.
    Allawi said in a statement; that "the Iraqi government to act immediately to send a high-level delegation to Turkey to discuss the issue of Turkish military presence in Iraq and to reach a clear consensus was hurt in the integrity and sovereignty of Iraq on the one hand and the safety of Turkey, on the other hand."
    Allawi stressed the need for "the Iraqi arena not be a springboard for military operations on Turkey or any of the neighboring countries," and expressed hope that "the solution to the confusion between Turkey and the Kurds in Turkey as to preserve the integrity of Ankara, unity and give the rights of the Kurds."
    Allawi said that "if there has been no consensus with Turkey after the delegation's visit, it must resort to the Security Council immediately to end this confusion and to adopt a clear paths for each guarantor of the sovereignty of Iraq means the part of the security of Turkey On the other hand," pointing out that "we've talked this matter with Turkish ambassador in Baghdad and welcomed such so directed. "
    He added that "Turkey and Iran Tbkien neighbors of Iraq and we have to deal in order to ensure the safety of all sides and mutual benefits and not to prejudice the sovereignty or interference in the internal affairs of countries and work to create a balanced regional climate saves for each of their rights and prevent any foreign intervention."
