    Select the reconstruction of areas affected by terrorism fund, on Friday, next April, a date for the convening of the international conference for the reconstruction of liberated areas in Jordan, while calling the State Department to guide Iraq's ambassadors in coordination with the governments of the countries to encourage them to attend the meeting. 
    He said the fund chief Abdul Basit Turki said in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which, on the sidelines of chairing the sixth meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the international Conference for the reconstruction of areas affected by terrorism in the Fund's headquarters, said that "the Committee agreed, to determine the daily 16 and the 17 of next April as the date for the convening of the international conference for donors, in Jordan. " 
    He said Turki, the" preparatory committee consisting of governors of the affected areas in addition to representatives from the chock ministries, they agreed to extend invitations to attend the conference after obtaining the approval of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the recommendations of the meeting, that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invitations or board Minister (Prime Minister's Office). " 
    He called on the President, the Foreign Ministry to" guide Iraq's ambassadors in coordination with the governments of those countries for the purpose of urging them to attend the meeting, as well as the intensification of efforts by everyone for the success of the conference and held intensive meetings and the formation of sub-committees to do so and move quickly. " . The head of the reconstruction of areas affected by terrorism fund Abdul Basit Turki stressed, in (17 February 2016), the need to support the areas liberated from al (Daash), and while pointing to convene an international donors' conference for the reconstruction of these areas and reduce the financial burden on the Iraqi government , confirmed the start areas the provinces of Diyala, Salahuddin after the availability of the World Bank loan amounting to $ 350 million. 
    Iraq needs a lot of money for the reconstruction of regions that have been freed from the control of the organization (Daash), after these areas were damaged extensively, especially as it includes more than three provinces and still Mosul and other areas under the control of the organization, which requires the provision of more money in anticipation of the reconstruction of the areas that is released.

    I am hoping this is the meeting prior to the rv like they did in Germany! They too had a reconstruction meeting the day before the banks opened with a new rate! Also getting close to the april 29 or 30th date!

    was not aware of that fact. saw this article last night and wondered if this may be of importance toward all our hopes. would be nice if that's the case.thanks for your observation.
