    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Mohammed Iqbal, of the Iraqiya Slate stated that the disturbed security situation in Iraq shows the defects of the security system and the lack of balance and proficiency is one of the reasons behind the lack of security.
    In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “There is an urgent need to apply the conscription because it is the only way to form a security system away from the sectarianism,” calling “The parliament to study this suggestion to achieve a deal over applying it.”
    He called “The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, and the government to punish the neglectful security leaders who failed in sustaining security in the last ten years,” holding “Maliki the complete responsibility of keeping the same security leaders and keep the security situation weak.”
