{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP from the Kurdistan Democratic Party Arafat Karam, said that "the situation in the parliament complex in the absence of political understandings."
He said Karam in a press statement, he "pulled out ; because it was not constitutionally, previously stressed the need for a political understandings before the start of the meeting, and we desperately need to understandings; because thesituation is moving towards a critical juncture."
