Federal Court requesting answers to those challenging the constitutionality of two sessions of parliament

The Federal Supreme Court issued on Tuesday, a speech to sticker constitutionality of meetings, sessions of parliament last month to submit their answers in accordance with legal terms.
According to this discourse is directed to all parties to the appeal proceedings, in order to be resolved as soon as possible, the court emphasized that its going to be open for all, including the public.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the judiciary said: «Supreme Federal Court met in its entirety yesterday, and decided to address a letter to the parties held on 13 and 16 of this month , suits, regarding the constitutionality of the two sessions of the House of Representatives sessions held last month ».
He Birqadr: that the parties to the lawsuit and sent them all submissions in accordance with the provisions of Article (2 / I) of the rules of Procedure of the Federal Supreme Court No. (1) for the year 2005, noting that «this article stipulates (of the lawsuit and documents to the discount needs to be answered in writing within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of notification)».
He Bayraktar said: « the court called upon all the parties and their agents to answer what reported in these cases and offer their means of all within the period specified in that article to prove the claim or deny ».
He pointed out that the measures come in order for the court to set a date for thedefense in these proceedings , which will be its open to all parties to the proceedings and their agents and the public wishing to attend and then resolve lawsuits inaccordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the laws and regulations in force as soon as possible, stressing that it comes in recognition of the circumstances that Iraq is going through and the commitment of the specific responsibilities of the Federal Supreme Court in the Constitution, laws and regulations.[/rtl]
