Legal expert Ayad Muhsen, Thursday, Iraq's inability to recover stolen funds announced by US presidential candidate Donald Trump revealed, and while noting the possibility of a UN Security Council do so, he stressed the need for the Iraqi diplomatic interested in the subject and internationalize.
Mohsen said in a press statement that "the money smuggled from the country through money laundering operations when he graduated can not be applied to Iraqi law, not only can be retrieved according to the procedures set by international law."
