    Shkova
    confirmed that its "core principles and pillars on which the European
    Union is democracy, dignity and human rights and the rule of law",
    pointing to "entering Iraq came to assist him to abide by the principles

    The
    statement said "they discussed Iraqi actions and the work of Parliament
