    A
    parliamentary source said Friday that the Iraqi Council of
    representatives during its 6th meeting will be held on Saturday, the
    first and second readings of the five proposals and bills, most notably
    the Federal Inspector General Corporation law.

    "The agenda of the
    sixth meeting of the deputies of the second legislative term of the
    third year on Saturday, 12 January, reading of the proposed Act the
    federal body Inspector General", stating that "the meeting will be the
    second reading of the draft legal registration of adoption and
    protection of agricultural items, and animal health.

    The source,
    who asked not to be named said "the agenda of the meeting also include
    the second reading of the draft law of ratification letters and notes
    and minutes of discussions on mutual in Japanese loan to the Republic of
    Iraq signed on 29 may 2012, and on the rehabilitation of the health
    sector and the development of communication network in major cities".

    The
    source stressed that "there will be also meeting the second reading of
    the draft law of ratification letters and notes and minutes of

    29 may 2012, and on updating the Basra refinery."

    The Presidency
    of the Council of representatives of Iraq lifted, Thursday (10 January
    2013), the fifth Council meeting Saturday, parliamentary sources said
    the meeting saw the end of the first reading of the four proposals and
    bills, and to postpone the vote on the proposed amnesty law

    As
    decided by the Presidium of the House of representatives during a
    meeting yesterday, the State of law Coalition MP Hanan Fatlawi
    participate in Council activities until a formal apology to the
    President of the Council, due to Osama's "non-compliance with the rules
    of procedure, as defined next Monday a deadline for Minister of youth
    and sports, are threatened with dismissal if they did not attend
