    Said Baghdad Governor Ali al-Tamimi, on Sunday, to discuss the signing of a memorandum of understanding with a German company in the field of application of the "smart city system" in the capital, while noting that such a move would simplify administrative procedures and eliminate bureaucratic mechanisms adopted in a lot of departments and state institutions.
    Ali al-Tamimi, in a statement, received a (long-Presse), a copy of it, that he "was today's expanded meeting with the Organization, (AGI) German, to discuss the signing of a memorandum of understanding for the joint application of smart city system in the capital."
    He said al-Tamimi, to "seek to develop the administrative reality in the capital to raise a large number of administrative episodes straining citizen Baghdadi accomplished through transactions in government circles as well as the bureaucracy, which had exhausted citizens."
