    Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that "loyalty to Iraq and not be a society by increasing the salaries of the three presidencies and those with special grades, but to reduce the salaries and increase the salaries of women and needy segments without a breadwinner and the concentration of attention to these important segments of society."
