Planning Ministry strongly denied doing regardless of any sums of money on in the provinces of Nineveh and Anbar investment projects since the advent of Daesh terrorist gangs in the second half of 2014 with the exception of projects in areas that are not occupied by Daesh like modern Nukhayib subsidiaries of Anbar province.
