    Diyala provincial council revealed, on Sunday, for the deterioration of service to maintain thesituation, position the city of Baquba (55 km northeast of Baghdad), to stop 327 projects which due to the financial crisis, as he emphasized that the problem "will be resolved" without paying dues executing companies that exceed 600 billion dinars. 
    The head of the Commission services in the Diyala provincial council , Iman Abdul Wahab, in an interview (long - Presse), " The absence of the necessary sufficient to pay off the debt of the province of thecompanies executing the funds due to the economic crisis led to a disabled 327 projects since more than two years", usually that "led to a large decline in the service sector as well as damage to the projects themselves lagging. " She said Abdul Wahab, that " the problem will not be solved without paying dues executing projects companies in excess of 600 billion dinars , " asserting that "Diyala provinces , which had been largely destroyed due to terrorism and violence and the need to hundreds of service projects to improve their reality."
