    He added that within " the new law, despite its release over a year ago , but the president of the Foundation does not want enabled this for reasons we do not know the effect has not fully implemented in the work of the institution because we are many months ago did not promote any pension treatment." 
    The Council of Ministers of the Martyrs Foundation was established in accordance with the Act 3 of 2006, which was the salaries and privileges given to the victims of the former regime.
