[size=45]The National Investment Commission revealed that it has processed more than 249 stalled projects throughout Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]The head of the authority, Haider Makiya, said, “The projects are distributed across a large area of the governorates,” noting that “the authority is working to resolve these projects during the next few days.”[/size]
[size=45]Makiya added that “the majority of projects belong to sectoral entities,” stressing that “their problems relate to receiving the land, signing the contract, the existence of infrastructure, granting permits, and other procedures.”[/size]
[size=45]Makiya expressed his "hope to eliminate these projects during the next phase."[/size]
