He confirmed the technical agent for the Ministry of Agriculture Mahdi al-Qaisi, today, that there is a need to balance the subject of housing crisis and overtaking on agricultural land that the country has witnessed in recent times.
Qaisi In an interview with "direction", said that there are several controls which can convert the sex of the land from agricultural to residential or industrial or commercial ones: that that land is unsuitable for farming and can not be reclaimed and is not allowed to waive the orchards and allocated for the purposes of housing or industrial project In order not to alienate farmlands.
