Eqbal: Government reaction to terrorism proves failure of security leaders

[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohammed Eqbal, of the Iraqiya Slate stated “The terrorism and the militias made the government to have a reaction against the security forces which proved the failure of the security leaders.”[/ltr]
[ltr]Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The security breaches are since 2003 and the government always has a reaction to them which proves that failure of the security leaders and affects the citizens.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“These breaches are not related to the calls for endorsing the General Amnesty law draft, but they are the result of the failure of the security forces that lack the proficiency and setting the strategic security plans in addition to the lack of the accurate intelligence information,” he added.[/ltr]
[ltr]“Unfortunately, we have many security elements but we lack the proficiency in running the security departments,” he concluded.[/ltr]
