    He explained that the Ministry of Planning recorded the highest levels of the poverty line in Iraq since ten years in 2003, reaching 23 percent of the total population, and because of the security conditions and economic crisis experienced by the Iraqis during that era and cons of the recent war on all government and private sectors, which reflected on the income level of the Iraqi individual, but in recent years recorded has been reduced to the level of poverty in the country as recorded in the last survey 19% difference of 3%, which is a small percentage, but it's good that the situation is heading towards lower poverty rate gradually.
