    BAGHDAD, April 12 (UPI) - The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday, 11 April 2017, under the chairmanship of Haider al-Abadi.
    According to a statement by the Office of Abadi Media has been a broad discussion of the process of processing electricity for citizens for 24 hours and stop the waste, where it was stressed:
