Make the Right Choice

We hold in our hand two buckets. One is filled with gasoline and the other is filled with water. Those who choose the bucket of gasoline add fuel to the fire, while those with the bucket of water attempt to put the fire out.

We make a decision about which one to use each day several times.
1. When gossip begins, we have a decision to make.
2. When someone is firing off a personal attack at someone, we have a decision to make.
3. When something is true and “hot off the press” about something in someone's past, we have a decision to make.
4. When someone is having a drama meltdown on facebook, we have a decision to make.

Let’s strive to protect each other not kick each other when we are down. Let’s choose to be the peacemaker not the troublemaker.

Which bucket will we hold today? Hopefully we make the right choice in these situations.
