The Minister of the League of Arab States, Mahmoud Abbasi, expressed his rejection of the air strikes launched by the Turkish forces on Tuesday at locations inside Iraqi territory in Jabal Sinjar, stressing that the Arab League denounces the Turkish approach against all international conventions.
Afifi said in an interview with Mawazin News that "respect for sovereignty among nations is a stable principle in international law, which is the cornerstone of good neighborliness." "Turkey's violation of Iraqi sovereignty is unacceptable in principle, regardless of Any justifications or arguments ".
The spokesman said that the Turkish raids contribute to the complexity of the regional situation and increase tension in the region, at a time when all efforts should be mobilized to confront and eliminate terrorism.
