    Baghdad announced on Saturday, its pledge to provide an environment conducive to investment and the transfer of powers to the province during the next phase.
    A statement by Baghdad Governor Atwan al-Atwani received a copy of Al-Atwani, "Al-Atwani attended a meeting of the Supreme Coordination Council between the provinces, chaired by Prime Minister Haider Abadi, and attended by the heads of provincial councils and governors and representatives of some ministries."
    "The meeting discussed many aspects of service and security and the return of displaced people and financial challenges facing the country, in addition to providing an environment conducive to investment and the transfer of powers," adding that "the meeting stressed the need to improve the service reality and construction projects stalled because of the financial crisis.
    He explained that "the meeting touched on the need to grant development projects of regions with advanced proportions of funds to complete its work."
    The meeting stressed, "keen to maintain the receipt of the full financial dues from the general budget to be able to resume work on projects suspended due to lack of funding," according to the statement. Ended 29 / a 43
