    a national. "
    She continued, that the amendment in the article was as follows: The Council of Representatives shall form a committee composed of a number of experts no more than fifteen members of boring for the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Judicial Council and civil society organizations, the Committee shall select candidates for membership of the Board of Commissioners to declare a national and have a benefit from what provided by the United Nations Human rights Office in Iraq , advice and technical support.     She drew dry, that this law is effective from the date of the vote, while stressed the need to speed up the selection of members of the Council of the Independent High Commission for Human Rights, because of the volume of complaints received from within the current commission because of management. "
